What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Visa/Mastercard (via Pesapal), and Cash on Delivery (Nairobi only).
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
COD is available for deliveries within Nairobi. For other locations, please use M-Pesa or card payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. Contact us immediately with your order number.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Nairobi: 1-2 business days. Rest of Kenya: 2-5 business days via courier.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery within Nairobi is KES 200. Free delivery on orders over KES 10,000. Rates for other regions calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, free pickup from our shop at Superior Center, 5th Floor, Shop L3, Nairobi.
Returns & Refunds

How do I initiate a return?
Contact us with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions and arrange pickup if needed.
